Professor Victor Mbarika, Co-Chair
President,The ICT University.
Dr Victor Wacham Mbarika is the Co-Chair of the organization. A native of Cameroon, He has achieved a lot as an Academia. Dr Mbarika is the current President of the The ICT University. A Professor at Southern University College of Business. He is also the Executive Director of the International Center for Information Technology and Development, a prominent research institution that has influenced many African countries all over the world. He has served as a consultant to many african governments and private agencies. He has hosted many international conferences that has attracted international limelights and personalities such as the Former President of The Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Olusegun Obansanjo, and many top leading executives from all works of life. Dr Mbarika has also been of utmost influence to the youths in Africa. He has sponsored and founded many youth organizations one of which is the popular Cameroon Youth for Jesus Ministry. An organization well known within Universities and Colleges all over Cameroon.
He has received many International Awards and has authored over 170 publications in the form of books, peer review Journal articles, conference proceedings and book chapters.
Dr Mbarika Holds an M.S in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois in Chicago and A PhD. from Auburn University. He is married to Mrs. Irene Mbarika with two kids.
Professor Samuel Ibekwe, Co-Chair
Co-Funder, He Careth Ministries
Dr Ibekwe is the co- founder of He Careth Ministries and also Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Southern University College of Engineering. A former Chair of the department, he and his wife Dr Ruby Ibekwe M.D, a woman of her own standing, have, through their N.G.O provided humanitarian aids to Africa and other developing countries. They have provided medical supplies to many poor areas in Africa, including Northern Nigeria. Dr Ibekwe has been hosted and has served as a consultant to many governmental and non-governmental agencies in Nigeria.
Dr Ibekwe hails from the southern part of Nigeria. He got his B.S in Engineering at the University of Nigeria, Nsuka. His M.S and PhD degrees from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. Dr Ibekwe is married to Dr Rugby and they are blessed with three children.
He his based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and is married with three children.
Dr Sybil Pentsil,M.D
Dr Sybil is a Pediatrician serving with the Sinai Hospital of Baltimore , A Ghanian native and an alumni of the prestigious John Hopkins University Medical School with 16years in practice. Dr Pentsil is also affiliated with Carroll Hospital Center and the Greater Baltimore Medical Center. Dr. Sybil has written and co-authored many booklets and training guides for classes on pre-marital training, marriage counseling, spiritual development and leadership training. Her books include Free to Dance - Gaining victory over your thoughts and emotions & Motherhood Redefined.
She is also an international speaker. She has mentored a lot of young women and has inspired many. Dr Sybil is married to International Preacher Pastor Fiifi Pentsil and they are blessed with children.
Dr. Nchise Abinwi, PhD.
Dr Abinwi is a Cameroonian native, Dr Nchise is a member of the administration board for the The ICT University, Louisiana. He has worked as a leading researcher with the International Center for Information Technology and Development,a multi-million dollar ICT research organization based in Louisiana, with branches all over Africa and major developing countries around the world. He has received many Awards for his contribution to the academic world.

Mr Akomolade Bunmi is the young and vibrant Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Brone-Survey Company. A multimillion dollar company that has kept the pace for offshore and onshore businesses in Africa providing marine survey solutions using state-of-the-arts equipments to the oil and gas industry. He has trained his employees to achieve nothing but the best.
He is also a motivational speaker. With ample experience in this business, he has mentored many upcoming business executives in Nigeria.
Mr Bunmi is married to Mrs Tiwa Akomolade.
Dr John Ndanusa Akanya
Dr Akanya is a man of many achievements. He is the former Director General of the Standard Organizations of Nigeria, one of the major government branches of the Nigerian Government. An office he took by the authority of the President of the Nigerian Federal Republic. While in office he took S.O.N from a national organization to one that is well respected amongst other government related ministries globally. He initiated programs like the SONCAP and the MANCAP to improve standardization of domestic products within Nigeria.
He is recognized Nationally as a hero and has been awarded with the Presidential Award the Officer of the Order of the Niger (OON). He has received many praises and International Awards for his successes as Director General.
However, before working with SON, Dr Akanya was a professor and chemist. He lectured as Associate Professor at the Ahmadu Bello University and Federal University of Technology Minna,where he has currently returned to. He has a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from University of Manchester. He is married to Prof. Mrs Funmilayo Akanya A prominent professor of Biochemistry at the Federal University of Technology,Minna, and they are blessed with four children.
El-Shaddai Kure is the founder and President of El-Shaddai Foundation for Hope and the President of El-Shaddai Organization for International Development Nigeria. He is also business man.
El-Shaddai Kure is currently the CEO of Mardel Transports and Logistics Limited, a multi-million naira company that has partnered with major conglomerates around the country. He also serves as the chairman of Olive Arts Limited and Board Member of Waterbrooks Academy. He has also served as the Human Resources Business Adviser and Performance Evaluations, to the Central Service Division of KPMG Professional Services, Nigeria.
EL-Shaddai has participated actively in many academic conferences such as the ICT For Africa conference held annually by the International Center for Information Technology and Development. As a young scholar, he has hosted top government dignitaries, leading research institutions and heads of universities.
He has completed his Bachelors degree in Business Economics from Southern University Baton Rouge Louisiana and has a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Florida A&M Univeristy Tallahassee.
