Mentorship Program
This is a very important part of this organization. Mentorship is key to guiding young and upcoming leaders.
The program is created to assist those that are participating in the foundation. Every body that is working with us must have a mentor. The aim here is to stimulate and inspire them to grow and develop.
The mentor ship program will be available online for those in whose areas the foundation has not reached but who feel they need a mentor. Through the use of social sites, we encourage you to communicate with your mentors.

Entrepreneurial/ Business Training
As an Economist, I have come to realize that small businesses go a long way to developing a strong economy. As that I believe that by introducing this program, participants will learn the basics of managing and running a successful business. Pursuing grants that will enable achieve their dream.
Bringing different speakers and teachers, we will teach our students the basics of starting a business, the risk involve and how to manage such risk. We will hold lectures and host top leading professors to speak and teach them the basics of business growth.

Vocational Training
As a stepping stone to achieving our goals, we are partnering with the Throneroom Crafts and Arts Center. Our students under go training in sewing, making of local but quality foot wares, and producing local drinks.
In other to encourage their training we also help them sell some their products so that they can also benefit from what they produce. Our aim also is to help them make quality and attractive wares that can eventually compete in the domestic market and possibly at the international level.
Creating a commercial website for the benefit of the producers is our next step. We intend to partner with online marketing companies to provide a commercial environment that can be used to showcase their products and offer them for sale or bidding.

Conferences/ Lectures
We will be organizing conferences and lectures annually to further encourage and inspire them. We will invite top business,political, academic, and philanthropist to give motivational speeches and let other see how meaningful their lives has become because of their determination to bring change to their different societies. Let them see that it is possible to achieve their goals.

Learning Institution
Another important project the foundation is about to commence is to create a learning institution that will teach and train students from orphanage homes or students in secondary schools who are from less privilege homes and need tutoring to assist them through their secondary pursuits.
It is our dream to develop an academic program that will enable these students to attain the best education so that they can also relate comfortably with any of their piers. Providing them with scholarships to higher institutions after their secondary school, providing opportunities for exchange program globally and giving them a chance to prove themselves in their desired ambitions.
We aim to pursue grants and funds to help achieve most of these goals.
We plan to create excursions, retreats and road trips to expose our participants to the world. We believe that by experiencing and learning other cultures, seeing other environment, it will broaden their horizon and it will inspire them.
Also by inspiring them, we will organize motivational conferences and bring different leaders of the world who have become successful in their respective fields. We will attract the best of the best, from government leaders to CEO s, engineers and other fields of life. Our goal is to inspire them to see that with hard work and determination, they too can attain such heights.
